Our Story

Colin built Refinery PM after watching brilliant founders and executives drown in logistics, admin, and busywork. Tasks that didn't require their expertise but ate their best hours anyway.
Armed with an MBA, a project management background, and an obsession with operational efficiency, he designed RPM to be the team he wished he could have hired himself: one that actually understands how high-performers think, moves with the same urgency they do, and never treats any task as too small to do beautifully.
Outside work: inbox zero evangelist, luxury travel planner, mahjong devotee, and devoted parent to two very large Great Danes.

Emily came to RPM with a background in high-stakes event production and a decade of working directly with people in transition: launching something new or navigating something hard.
She founded Links for Lungs, a charity that has raised over $1 million for pulmonary disease research, which means she knows what it means to coordinate complexity with heart.

Nichole has spent 10+ years mastering the art of anticipation. She knows what you need before you ask, finds the flight before it sells out, and coordinates moving parts with a calm efficiency that seems almost supernatural.
Her most cited accomplishment: coordinating a 12-country business trip (visas, ground transport, hotel upgrades, and meeting logistics) in under 2 hours. On a Sunday.
